Location is fabulous! Many lovely walks. Over to beach, down or up a couple of blocks in distance and then back along estuary or visa versa. Very tidy accommodation with everything you need. It was great to have the garage to use to store our bikes. Bottle Lake great for mountain biking not too far away.

Lacked clarity of information and requirements in the beginning.
ideal for short term stays e.g. one to two nights. With very good position and house setup, would stay short-term again.
lacks outdoor private deck or space. For long term stay.

The stay was amazing. The kids loved the location and being able to go out and see the beach.
The amenities in the house were great and the functionality made everything easier.
Would definitely stay here again.
