No cleaning fees! This sunny warm home is only 7 years old & right on the Coastal walkway. This is a smaller, sunlit open plan modern & fun home.. A 30 second walk takes you to a small reserve with seating right on the ocean. Located in a quiet garden setting, & with large bifold doors opening onto a sun drenched deck.. A short 20min walk (3mins by car) takes you to Sumner surf beach, cinema’s & more cafes & wonderful restaurants. We’re on the direct bus route from Christchurch International Airport.

Tracy’s home was perfect for a relaxing weekend near the beach. The home itself is extremely clean and cozy with delightful art throughout. Comfortable beds and lots of seating inside and out to relax and enjoy. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with basic needs and little luxuries. The highlight is the secluded garden and deck off the back of the home. The home is within walking distance of the water, cafes and convenience stores. Also a quick drive to beautiful beaches and an easy bus ride to downtown Christchurch. We were sad to leave and will definitely come back if we travel to New Zealand again!
