"Entre Phare et Balise" is ideally located, 100 m from the sea and fine sandy beaches. At 800 m, on the left, along the GR34 you have the famous Pontusval Lighthouse. On the right, at the end of the bay of Brignogan-Plages you can see the red beacon "An Neudenn". Hence our name... The calm and tranquility of the place will also charm you.
We will be happy to welcome you in our house (labeled 4 stars by the tourist office) specially dedicated to relaxation and leisure: Petanque court, Sauna, Table football, Table tennis, wooden games, Sports and relaxation room, Leisure area for your children, several racket games, fishing equipment, ... But also a nautical pack (Paddel - Kayak) and bicycles possible on request.
Your Accommodation:
The villa "Entre Phare et Balise" is 800 M2 of enclosed land between parking (4 vehicles), petanque court, and lawn. It offers you its south-facing terrace with a large garden furniture table to share your meals and the awning with LED lighting that will extend your evenings.
It is also a landscaped area of 115 M2 on the ground on 2 floors and downstairs, a space totally dedicated to relaxation and leisure.
Is your car electric? A Green Up charging station is available to give you peace of mind.
On your way back from the beach, the outdoor shower is available to you to rinse off! And why not a small Sauna before enjoying the relaxation area (Sofa - Bar - Large TV screen - Board games, books, etc.).
The deckchairs are also at your disposal to sunbathe or to devour a good book.
Sports enthusiasts will certainly benefit from the bikes (elliptical - classic).
We have 5 bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom. The fastest will have a sea view room (small view)!
The living room includes the fitted kitchen and opens onto the dining room and the living room with its wood stove.

The technical room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The villa is located in Ribin Koz (The old path in Breton), 100 meters from the Hotel de la Mer and its restaurant "les chardons bleus", 1km from the "Café du Port". Small food shops and other restaurants are 5 minutes away by bike (Barely!).

Brignogan-Plages and the Villa "Entre Phare et Balise" are ideally located to discover the assets of North Finistère: 45 KM from Le Conquet, 35 KM from Brest (Océanopolis), 25 KM from Roscoff (towards Ile de Batz), 15 KM from Plouguerneau and the Pays des Abers, near Ménéham....
You will be seduced by the calm and authenticity of this village on the coast of legends, by its immense rocks in the shape of animals, by the small sandy beaches...
