About this apartment rental
A lovely, nicely appointed, very clean ground level condo. Just yards from the base of the Mountain, it is a fully remodeled villa that has everything you need for a great adventure at the Mountain or anywhere Up North. Large kitchen with bar and plenty of counterspace, storage and seating. Cozy condo with a king bed in first room, single over full bunk bed and another full bed in second room, queen bed in third room.
A short distance from the Boyneland run, Avalanche Bay Waterpark, Grand Mountain lodge and all the restaurants and shops at the base of the Mountain. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The den has recent updates with a beautiful fireplace and an updated kitchen with all amenities. There's also a central A/C and a stackable washer and dryer so you have everything you need to make yourselves at home.
You can hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain.
We rent many properties at Boyne Mountain so if you have a large group, let us know. We will help you accommodate all those in your group.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. Small living room, but cozy with a fireplace that kept us warm. My only real complaint is there were no hooks to hang ski gear by the front door. No bench to sit and take off your boots either, so you end up having to track your wet gear through the house to store it at the end of a ski day. Also could’ve used a few more kitchen, condiments like spices and olive oil for cooking meals.

Our overall vacation rental experience was positive and enjoyable! Our host, Matt, was both friendly and prompt in replying to any questions we had about the property, and he made the process easy. The condo was a good size for our group of four. The combination living/kitchen area was comfortable, updated, and stylish, and we especially enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings.The master and double guest bedrooms were comfortable and nicely finished, as was the guest bath. The master bath shower could use an update, but the room was serviceable and spacious.The bunk room was spacious enough, but the entire closet was locked off for the owner's use, and there were only two empty drawers available in the dresser. Not ideal for two guests much less the maximum of five guests the room could potentially house. Ideally, we would suggest some other arrangement be made for the owner's closet, or at least adding more hangers in the other bedroom closets for sharing, and also storing linens in the other bedrooms if possible.The resort property was beautiful, and we enjoyed the walking trails. The pool area was also a plus. We would have also enjoyed having a few chairs and a small table on the back patio to take in the view of the trees and have some outdoor privacy rather than the bench out front overlooking the parking lot.Overall a good experience and a good host, and we would recommend this property to others.
