Located in the heart of Boyne Falls and just one mile from Boyne Mt resort! This historical building is over 120 years old and is a staple in the town! Our guests can enjoy all that Boyne Mt has to offer and also enjoy a spacious house to themselves!

This historical building is over 120 years old and is a staple in the town! Enjoy a full kitchen, large living room, 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, private back yard and MORE!
Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo.
The Neighborhood:
The town is quaint, but don't let that fool you! It is equipped with everything for a great stay! The Boyne Mt resort has endless fun for you and your group- if you'd like to "play" off resort grounds there are a few restaurants and a small convenient store down the road for groceries and things you may need!

Great location, right across the street from a park so it was easy to take a walk and enjoy the evening. Lots of room and easy check in and out process.

We had a very nice stay. I was worried about the parking but you can fit 4 cars into the driveway. For those who do not know how to use a stove and oven, there is not a microwave.I would rent this property again.
