About this house rental
An upscale designer 4-bedroom Scottsdale home with a private heated pool, heat included and never a daily fee. Hand-painted murals throughout, a king suite, a bunk room for the kids, and the Casa Rica Trail right off the backyard.
THE HOME
Single-level and redesigned top to bottom: nearly 2,000 sq ft, no stairs, easy for grandparents and toddlers alike. Open living room with a 65" smart TV and board games, a chef's kitchen with stainless appliances and full cooking basics, and a dining table for eight under a one-of-a-kind Scottsdale Monopoly mural. 500 Mbps Wi-Fi plus a dedicated office area if someone has to work. Washer and dryer in the home.
SLEEPING FOR 8 (4 BEDROOMS, 5 BEDS, 2 FULL BATHS)
- Bedroom 1: king suite, walk-in shower, double vanity
- Bedroom 2: queen
- Bedroom 3: queen
- Bedroom 4: bunk room (full bottom, twin top), max 180 lbs on top
- Premium mattresses, multiple pillow options, room-darkening shades, 55" smart TV in every bedroom

THE BACKYARD
Private heated pool (3 to 8 ft deep) with an in-pool bar table and stools, poolside bar, fire pit, sun loungers, and outdoor dining for 8 with mountain views. Pool heat is included, never a daily fee, and the pool is professionally cleaned every Friday. We reliably hold 80F+ from mid-February through mid-November. Through the cold months the water runs cooler, and in the coldest stretch, especially December and January, chilly desert nights mean the pool is unlikely to reach a comfortable swimming temperature even with the heater running. The pool is not fenced, so please supervise children at all times and use the child locks on the sliding doors.

Quiet, family-oriented residential neighborhood in Scottsdale's Shea corridor, with the Casa Rica Trail running right behind the backyard for hiking and biking. Everyday restaurants and shops line Shea and Frank Lloyd Wright a few minutes away.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Self-check-in with keypad; door code is active at check-in (4 PM). Checkout 10 AM. Early check-in or late checkout sometimes available (fees may apply for guaranteed options; based on availability), ask us.
- NO PETS, no exceptions: our own kids have severe pet allergies.
- No smoking of any kind, inside or outside
- Quiet residential street: no parties or guests beyond your registered group; quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Privacy-compliant noise sensor and exterior-perimeter cameras protect the home
- Keep the sliding doors closed: it keeps desert critters out and helps the A/C keep up. During sizzling AZ summers, please don't set the A/C below 72F: it strains the system
- Per Scottsdale code, max 6 adults (plus their dependent children) overnight
- Regular professional services: pool cleaning (Fridays), landscaping, pest control, and trash valet, so you never deal with bins. Providers may briefly work in the yard during your stay
- All linens and towels are professionally laundered and sanitized off-site; the house is cleaned to a strict protocol between stays

Olga was a great host. She provided great information about the house and surrounding area. Olga responded quickly to any inquiry. The house was wonderful. Loved the decor and the location was great. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Hiking was awesome and accessible in 20-30 minutes. Will definitely consider staying again.

I analyze 100 properties before I rent a VRBO. I stopped looking when I found Casa Rica! I loved the Murals that set the Vibe for the house! Also, the overall cleanliness! Upon arrival, I was greeted with a message from Olga, our host and personal concierge for our stay. She was very prompt and attentive! The house was immaculate, even the towels! It had enough towels, tolietries, and other supplies for our stay. The 4 bedrooms had enough room for 6 adults and 2 children. Each bedroom has its own TV so everyone could watch what they wanted. The beds and pillows were so luxurious! We did spend some quality time together with the large TV in the living room watching the World Series! There was ample seating for our crew and the chaise lounges were very comfy. We also had time to play some competitive foosball on the side. The dining room and outdoor tables had room for all of us to sit and chat as a group. We also enjoyed the outdoor firepit and furniture with the adults at night. All the seating areas had many pillows to use. The heated pool was also a hit for childen and adults. There were lounge chairs and pool toys galore. Also, a large Connect 4 game. The pool was nice and warm and I loved that pool heat was included, instead of other properties charging a daily fee for a heated pool! The Monopoly Mural served a dual purpose by also highlighting attractions in the area. The location was very convenient to many places! I would give Casa Rica more than 5 stars!

This home is beautiful!! We had a 1 year old, 3 bigger kids and my husband and I with our sister and brother in law. The kids played for hours in the pool. It was super hand for them to play annd us to relax annd watch. The heated pool was an huge perk! Plus bonus perk was having all the toddler features we needed Nd didn’t have to pack (high chair, plates, pack and plays) The kids also loved the setup of the rooms! The layout of the house is super spacious and none of us felt like we were on top of each other! There is plenty of room for everyone to eat indoors and outdoors. Nice neighborhood to walk around, easy access for the activities we did with our families, and super close to the grocery store! Kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked well. Would highly recommend!!

Everything was amazing from the cleanliness, to the well stocked kitchen all the way to the yoga mats! The owners were very responsive and the outdoor area was perfect for morning coffee and sunshine.
