Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

This room was very clean and inviting. Cute beach decor everywhere and the rooms were clean with a lot of room to sleep our family of 5. We loved the beach views from the balcony and master bedroom. This was the perfect room for our vacation! :)

My family and I had a great stay. This room offers amazing views of the ocean. Each day my husband and I woke up to amazing views of the sunrise over the ocean. The condo was very clean, and its location was convenient. The beach was very accessible and only a short walk from the room. We enjoyed the other facilities such as pickleball courts, tennis courts, pool and outside deck with mini bar. The room itself was a little outdated and needs some minor repairs but this didn't impact our trips overall enjoyment.

Property was just as described. Clean and spacious.
Only drawback- finding a space on the beach as it is cramped and trying to get an elevator on check in as everyone is using them at the same time.

The view and location was great. The water and water heater were not on so if you rent know this. To turn on the water there is two valves- 1. Yellow lever under kitchen sink opens water to half the unit 2. Under the hallway bath is a black box that has a plug that needs to be plugged in and then press a bottom on the box to turn water on the other half of the unit. This is an electric valve. Then to turn the water heater on , behind the picture in the hallway next to hallway bathroom has the electric box. Then you should be good to go.
