New upstairs apartment in Grachtenpark, right on the water!
This high-quality apartment, furnished with great care (completion summer 2021), offers a stunning view of the Greetsiel Sieltief. The spacious living area, featuring an L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace, is perfect for relaxing. Two additional armchairs offer a beautiful view of the water—ideal for reading a book or simply letting your mind wander. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished balcony with a patio umbrella.
Adjacent to this is the dining area with a dining table and four chairs, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and materials and features, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a work-height oven, an induction stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a Tassimo coffee machine.
Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed, another flat-screen TV, and ample storage space for your luggage. Next door is the bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a low threshold.
The studio on the top floor features two single beds, another flat-screen TV, and two additional seating areas.
The upper floor features floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, providing a bright and pleasant atmosphere. All windows in the apartment are equipped with pleated blinds or roller shades; the bedrooms can be completely darkened. The main windows are also fitted with fly screens. A clothes drying rack is available in the storage room.

Starting in December 2025, small dogs are welcome with prior notice!
A parking space is included with the apartment; in front of the house, there is a lockable garden shed with charging stations for your e-bikes and bicycles. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.
There is a communal dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.
Effective immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a fee based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee permanent or unrestricted availability.
The Grachtenrefugium and Zinnenhuus 1 accommodations are located in the same building; other accommodations in Grachtenpark I include An’t Grachten, binnen un’ buten, Grachtenblick I, Grachtendrööm, GrachtenGlück, Grachtenhüsje, Haifisch, Hampton Huus, and Sielzeit.

The exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.
You are welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
