Vacation rental in the canal district with a Danish wood-burning stove and two balconies, accommodating up to 4 people.
The GrachtenFlair vacation rental is just a few minutes’ walk from the fishing harbor and the historic town center of Greetsiel, which features many restaurants. The “Koppke” (swimming pool/spa and massage) and a small shopping center (supermarket/pharmacy/boutique) are easily accessible on foot.
In the light-filled living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the south- and west-facing balconies, every comfort and a special ambiance await you in this 38-square-meter space: a comfortable seating area, a 49-inch 4K Internet/Smart TV (satellite), and Wi-Fi (after on-site registration).
In the open kitchen with a modern cooking island, you can prepare your favorite dishes. Here you’ll find everything you need: a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. For all coffee lovers, a coffee maker and a Senseo coffee pad machine are available.
Even in the coldest winter, you’ll stay cozy and warm in the GrachtenFlair vacation rental. Underfloor heating in the living and dining areas, the bathroom, and the bedroom keeps your feet warm. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable with an East Frisian tea in front of the wood-burning stove.
The vacation rental features two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (LED TV available) and an additional bedroom with a double bed in the cozy attic studio overlooking the greenery. The attic studio also features a separate living and reading area for relaxing. A third TV is available there as well.
The naturally lit shower room with a wellness rain shower (floor-level) is equipped with a toilet, washing machine, and a hair dryer. An iron, an ironing board, and a clothes rack are also provided in the apartment.
On the six-meter-long west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sunset over the adjacent fields. The second south-facing balcony connects to the bedroom and living room.
The windows in the bedroom can be darkened with electric roller shutters.
Every room has at least one fly screen.
Greetsiel and the surrounding area are perfect for nature-filled bike rides. A separate storage shed is available for the bicycles you bring with you. This is a non-smoking apartment.
A parking space is available at the building.
