The villa is conveniently located in a small village close to Gambassi Terme where you can find shops and restaurants and 5 km from the town of Castelfiorentino with more shops and restaurants, and a railway station.

On the lower floor, you will find one quadruple bedroom (with double bed, double sofa bed, satellite TV, Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning and mosquito net) and one bathroom (with shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet, washing machine).
