Fantastic modern beach house suited for families or couples, golfers, fishermen or anyone just wanting a relaxing break. Walking distance to beach, splash town (water park for kids), and jetty.
Fully enclosed back yard with undercover patio area, lawn, Weber BBQ, fish cleaning sink and 1/2 court basketball court for hours of fun.
Ducted r/c air conditioning. 50 inch plasma TV, DVD/VCR combo, board games, books etc.
Linen NOT provided. Must bring sheets and towels, tea towel. Quilts and pillow provided.

We were showing our daughter and her husband visiting from Scotland for Christmas a small part of our beautiful country. They absolutely loved York Peninsula, especially our fantastic beaches..

Loved the large back garden with the basket ball area. It was also great to have the fish cleaning sink after a day fishing
