With a fully equipped kitchen and a private wrap-around balcony, it's the perfect retreat for families, friends, or groups of up to eight guests.

- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are o permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

The room was exactly as portrayed and spotless. No issues checking in, or asking questions! The view from the wrap around balcony is amazing! We loved our time spent here this past week. Its LARGE and lots of space, fit our family of 5 easily. The property and amenities are fantastic! Will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space was nice and open—perfect for our family of four. One of our favorite features was the balcony, which offered a wonderful view and a relaxing place to unwind.
Beach access and the pool were both very convenient, making it easy to go back and forth. One evening, we also enjoyed the fire pits with a larger group, which was a great way to wind down and socialize.
While the furnishings were a bit dated and could use some updating, everything was fairly clean and functional. The biggest downside for us was the master bed—it was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and my husband had a hard time sleeping most nights because of it. Thankfully we brought our own pillows.
Overall, it's a great place with lots of potential, especially with a few updates.
