- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

We had an issue when we first arrived but after calling maintenance and told them the situation. They came out our first night and then another maintenance man named Colby called, texted and came back to make sure everything was OK. The whole place was perfect. The host was amazing, along with the beach view and parking was perfect. It's like you are at home as soon as you walk in. We stayed there last year and this is our number 1 vacation spot every year

Great property. We’ve stayed at Calypso a few times and really enjoy its proximity to everything we need. Only complaint about the condo is that none of us slept well. The mattresses were so hard. My body still aches. Oh, and Kcup didn’t work.

The location was excellent, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The condo itself was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall.The only area that could use some improvement is communication regarding check-in and check-out procedures. The check-in instructions stated that we should bypass the front desk and go directly to the room, but we later learned that wristbands needed to be picked up from the front desk. During our stay, hotel staff approached us asking for wristbands, and when we explained that we had never received any, they indicated they should have been in the room. We had already been there for three days and never needed them to access any amenities, which made the situation a bit confusing.We also received a check-out checklist by email that differed from the instructions provided in the guidebook, so it wasn’t entirely clear which set of directions to follow.Despite these minor communication issues, we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others. The location and views made it well worth the visit.
