Host was great. Very responsive to maintenance issue. Flat was lovely. The general location was great for central Dundee—walking distance to all the best bars, restaurants, attractions and transportation. But the derelict buildings and graffiti on the street were off-putting. I understand this is out of the control of the host, and we never felt unsafe. But it took away from the “luxury” experience.

It was a little scary from the outside given it’s an area undergoing renewal, but inside was just lovely and v v comfortable and well stocked, right near everything! Would stay again definitely and the owner is super!!!

Very clean, everything provided. Good walking distance for grocery stores, restaurants and museums.

The outside of the property was a little discerning with graffiti on surrounding properties however inside the hallway of the building it was clean and well lit with adequate security . The flat/apartment was clean with modern appliances and provided towels and linens. There was some traffic noise at times but since we used the flat as a base for our stay we were gone most of the time and it wasn’t a major issue. In summary, positives were convenience to trains , buses and coffee houses . Things that would have made it better were a better shower we all had difficulty adjusting the temperature. Also the coffee machine was a brand we had difficulty finding pods for in surrounding grocery stores .The property owner was easily accessible and responsive to our requests. Would I stay again if I’m in Dundee ? - yes .

Overall was nice, though a little cramped for four. Amenities as described, we were disappointed at the lack of toiletries as the cute toiletry bottles were one of the deciders between this flat and one of similar price. Photos are doctored for colour; it's nowhere near as orange as it appears! We also had the impression it was bigger from the photos.
Communication with the agent was good, she responded quickly and called back fast if we couldn't get hold of her right away. Heating works, washer works, the beds were very soft and plush and the towels and bedding were fine and clear of stains.
In summary; didn't blow us away and not super sure it was worth quite so much but it was near the city center and train station so we expect that factored into the price. Holiday was good in spite of the flaws.

The Apartment was a great place to stay. We enjoyed being a short walk to the river or to the city center. We had a wonderful time. bookmarked it for the next time.

Lovely spacious flat for family of 4. Ideal location for city centre. Just a shame about the traffic noise.

After traveling for 2 weeks through Scotland staying in 4 hotels/B&B's across 4 cities, this Bright, Spacious, Clean, everything you could need apartment was the PERFECT SPOT to rest, enjoy Dundee & recharge for the last leg of our trip.
The pictures portray the rooms accurately at how bright & airy they are. There are even more amenities available than what is listed. The owner thought of everything! We were able to wash our clothes & line dry them in the kitchen. We were thrilled to have a kitchen with a small fridge & separate small freezer to cook some meals after days of eating out.
The front room window was the BEST!! My father LOVED sitting by the window watching the city go by with a birds eye view. You could see the water in the Quay and hear the live band play at Number 57 pub (thankfully they quieted down by 10pm and only play Fri & Sat).
In such a unique & historic building they made use of every square inch. We were thankful to have a shower stall to step into vs having to climb into a tub shower.
You literally are in the perfect location with only a 5min walk to the river Tay, visitors center, Mark & Spencer market, shopping district, bus or train stations.
Sad to leave such a restful haven, but would definitely rent again when coming back to Dundee!!
