Pernera holiday villa - rentprivatevillas 588 is perfectly situated on a complex which benefits from being very close to the sea and which has all the amenities you want from a holiday, in close proximity to the villa. Once on the complex you will not even think that you are so close to everything as the villa offers you the peace and tranquility that is so important on a holiday that is worked so hard for throughout the year.
And a great bonus is that there is access to the beach directly across from the villa, by way of a small path between two villas. Less than 100m from your villa and you can be on the sandy shores of the Mediterranean - how great is that!
When you pull up outside the villa you can't help but notice the number of large windows and doors which let the light flood in throughout the property. Off road parking is available to one side of the property but look to the other side and you will notice the private, secluded and peaceful pool area, surrounded by fencing and bordered by colourful tropical trees and plants. There is a covered lounge area and shade is also provided to the side of the property above the patio doors, so there is always a chance to shelter from the heat of the Cypriot sun without missing out on any of the fun around the pool.
When you step into the villa you will be thrilled by the clean, white decoration which is perfectly contrasted by the dark wooden furniture, comfortable sofa and modern light fittings. The kitchen is very modern with beautiful wooden storage cupboards and includes among other things a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. A downstairs wc is a welcome convenience.
The cool marble stairs pass a huge window with with modern lighting there are three good sized bedrooms. Each bedroom has patio doors leading to a balcony and the master bedroom has the added bonus of its own modern, sleek, ensuite shower room The family bathroom is very smart and modern with cream tiles, a shower over bath.
Leave the complex and you are just minutes away from some of the best restaurants in Pernera, Kalamies and La Cultura del Gusto to name but two, as well as local supermarkets and bars. This villa is so ideally located that a car is not a necessity especially when the boardwalk in Pernera is so close by, giving you the opportunity to walk from Pernera into Protaras, along the Mediterranean water's edge, soaking up the atmosphere as you go.
