About this villa rental
Beautiful detached house for rent with views of Profitis Elias and the surrounding land and sea. Situated within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, cafés and other local amenities. Also a short bus or cab ride away from the ancient Byzantine town of Paralimni.
Erini Villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 each with balcony and en-suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom opens out to a gorgeous patio surrounded by breath-taking jasmine and bougainvillea trees.
There is a spacious reception hall, with table to place your laptop or pad............. A big lounge and dining area, with TV and very comfortable sofas.
A fully-fitted separate kitchen,including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. Abundance of natural light throughout the house and location benefits from a cooling gentle breeze in the summer.
The front of the house is lined with palm trees and other tropical plants and fruit trees, giving bloom to the most beautiful garden throughout the four seasons. A walkway leads from a gated entrance to a veranda at the front of the house and a side driveway leads to a double garage.
At the back of the house is a swimming pool complete with garden furniture and sun loungers, a wonderful gazebo providing shelter from the sun and outside shower.
The nearest beach is a 10-15 minutes walk, down towards Blue Spice Restaurant or the beginning of the walkway which goes all the way to main Protaras also begins there. Along there you will find fishing and all sorts of water sports, cafes, restaurants, great breakfast places and great places for evening meals, as well as beautiful different types of beaches as you walk along the walkway. You just cross over the road from Erini Villa, walk towards the right and down the first turning on the way down to the beach.

Overall the Villa was fine. The pool is private and well maintained.
The furniture in the Villa is a bit dated and sparse, especially in the bedrooms.
We did have a good stay at the Villa but unfortunately the location was a bit noisy from the Cavo Greco road, most likely due to their being a new road being built which caused all the traffic on to this road. So we were awoken early most mornings due to traffic noise.
With the petrol station next door we had noise from the trucks and jet washing but also when the station was refuelling it's tanks we did have quite a smell in the Villa.
It was a shame about hte above points as the Villa itself was fine, just in the wrong position. When the new Protaros/Penera road is completed the traffic noise may decrease.
Despina, was very helpful and quick to respond to our requests. But towels and a light blanket should have been made available from the onset in my opinion.
