Just 15 minutes from Arches National Park, 40 minutes from Canyonlands National Park, and only 5 minutes from downtown Moab, you'll enjoy easy access to the adventures that make this desert destination world-famous. Spend your days hiking beneath towering sandstone arches, exploring scenic canyons, mountain biking legendary trails, off-roading on slickrock, rafting the Colorado River, or simply soaking in the breathtaking beauty of Utah's red rock country.
After a day of exploration, return to a comfortable single-family ranch home designed for relaxation and connection. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and unwind (Available to primary renter of 24 yrs+; Note: extra guest fee of $20 per person per night over 6). Stay cool year-round with ice-cold air conditioning, refresh in the newly remodeled primary bathroom featuring a spa-like walk-in shower, and enjoy cozy evenings by the electric fireplace during the cooler months. For entertainment, gather in the living room to watch your favorite movies, shows, or sporting events on the TV with enhanced sound bar audio. A full-size washer and dryer are also available, making it easy to refresh clothes and gear after days spent exploring the trails, parks, and desert landscapes.
Enjoy outdoor living at its best with a private backyard, featuring a Weber Spirit EX-315 Smart Grill and a large teak dining table—ideal for gathering together and sharing stories from the day's adventures. Our neighborhood is designed with outdoor adventurers in mind and accommodates ATV, UTV, side-by-side, Jeep, and trailer parking, making it easy to bring your own vehicles and head straight to Moab's renowned trail systems. We also have a two car garage for bikes and cars (no trucks due to low clearance).

The home was in a great location. The host and owner were both very responsive when I contacted them with minor issues. The home had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The location was the prefect location for our visit to Canyonlands and Arches.

The location of the house is good- a bit south of Moab town center, near most of the subdivisions of the Moab area. Very quiet street, excellent views in every direction (from above other houses and fence lines). The house was spacious for 5 adults and 2 kids (one couple in main room, kids and a couple in 2 queen room, one adult in 2 doubles room). Fenced in private back yard with nice grass good for kids to roll around. Neighborhood playground a short stroll up the road about 4 houses. Kitchen equipped well (I would say perfectly adequate). Two full restrooms. Adequate street parking and the trailer parking lot is 2 houses down. We had a great time.

The property is nice. It is about 6-8 minutes outside of downtown Moab and 12-15 from Arches. It is a decent value for the area and what you get contentwise.
