About this house rental

This home is truly our "Piece of Paradise". We lived here full time until our son graduated from Grand County High School this year. We will never stray too far so have decided to share our home with guests to allow us the flexibility to come and go. The best thing about this house is it was lived in by us. The furnishings, the amenities, etc are all high end and plentiful. There are smart TV's in all bedrooms, as well as a 65" smart TV with a soundbar and electric fireplace in the living room. In the kitchen you will find an Instant Pot, a toaster oven with an air fryer, blender, mixer, and anything you need to cook while you are here!

Beautiful property. Convenient access to Arches National park and other hiking trails in the region. Close to town with plenty of food choice.The owner Lisa is wonderful and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again if we decide to come back to the region.
