Our beach condo just went through a major renovation and we can’t wait for our guests to enjoy the updates we’ve made. Brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring throughout the entire condo, and new glass doors to take in those amazing water views, are just a few of the updates you will enjoy.
There is plenty of space inside the condo and lots to do outside. With the canal just steps from the building, beach access less than a 5 minute walk, and downtown Carolina beach just a mile down the road, you can’t go wrong with this location!

Had a great week long stay! Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. Thorough and quick communication with the owners.
Access to an outdoor storage closet with anything you need to enjoy the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys) which definitely cuts down on packing! Very kid friendly which was a huge perk with a 3 and 1 year old.
We plan to return again next summer and would not hesitate to recommend this place!!
