Not necessarily beach view on bottom floor but close to the beach and visiting deer. Easy drive or walk to town. Lots of beds. No cable but has access to Live tv. Good Wi-Fi. Quiet place. Pretty soundproof.

Excellent location for the Long Beach Kite Fest. You could see the kites from the back windows. The only trouble we had was locking the front door, after getting a hold of management they gave us the instructions I would suggest posting the instructions to avoid more calls.

It’s a great area to stay. We like it a lot. Great location. The condo itself had issues. We were grossed out when we stripped the beds to I’m find out that our pillow cases had been put on dirty. The cutlery had been put in the drawer unwashed. Small things like the closet doors were touched up with a different shade of white. It wasn’t terrible and it didn’t ruin our trip but it was just OK. One last thing - it took us 20 minutes to figure out how to dead bolt the door. But that may have been our dumbness.
