The holiday apartment "View of the sea Beach 50 meters" is located in Sueca and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a television as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are available for an extra fee per item per stay.

Pros: Lovely apartment as pictured, had everything we wanted for a 2 week stay (including a few cooking ingredients and cleaning essentials on a replace if used basis). Close to the sea but balcony sheltered from the breeze. Aircon effective. Lovely small Spanish town (busier at weekends with Spaniards coming to their apartments, no hotels) with plenty of very convenient restaurants & shops open in early October. Cheap (1.5 euro each way) & convenient bus to Valencia. Pura very helpful - thank you!

Pros: Ved ankomst kl 01.00 stod Pura klar til at tage godt imod os. Hun snakkede fint engelsk og vi fik underskrevet lejekontrakt mm.
Fin og rengjort lejlighed. Skøn beliggenhed og rigtig dejlig altan med udsigt ud over den smukke strand og middelhavet. 500 m fra lejligheden ligger et stort supermarked, som har alt hvad man skal bruge. I byen er der fint med cafeer og resturanter. Der går bus direkte fra El perello til Valencia - koster kun 10-12 kr for en voksenbillet. Stedet er ikke særlig turistet - dejligt. Men vær forberedt på, at der ikke er mange der snakker engelsk.
Et dejligt ophold i en skøn by med en perfekt strand. Kan klart anbefales (vi havde to børn med på 5 og 8 år ).

Pros: Tres bien situé ( proche Valence et Cullera) dans une petite ville typique avec de très bons commerces de proximité et une plage magnifique a 2 pas de l'appartement. Idéal pour des vacances tranquille en famille. Stationnement parfois difficile à trouver à proximité.

Pros: El Perello est surprenant. C'est un lieu où les Espagnols viennent en Week end ou pour quelques semaines en famille. Il y a peu de touristes étrangers à comparer à de grosses stations balnéaires. L'appartement est bien situé, belle vue de la terrasse sur la mer. Tout est à portée : restaurants, la cuisine de Fabio bien pratique quand on a la flemme de faire à manger, superette, boucherie, charcuterie, boulangerie, bars, glaciers…L'appartement est grand idéal pour 4.
Purita nous a rendu service et s'est montré à l'écoute.
Une bonne semaine de vacances en famille.
