We loved our stay at red sands in Santa Clara and will definitely be coming back! The house was right across from the pool and fully stocked with everything we needed.
8 adults and 5 kids stayed here comfortably and it was a great price for all the amenities

I will start off with the positives: Nice and large house. The staff was very responsive to every text or call.. the house had all the space our party needed. The beds and ac were nice. The location is perfect for the large pool. The kids loved the video games.
The negatives: the internet was very very bad. The streaming Roku wouldn't load half the time, devices wouldn't connect, and the internet even went out for a bit. There was evidence of water problems on the ceiling on the living room. The ice maker didn't work in the refrigerator, and when we arrived the house wasn't very clean and the curtain was coming off the wall. The house seemed like it needed a refresh on a few things.
