Paradise Village 16: Sleeps 30, Private Theater and 20 Person Hot Tub, Resort Water Park

This was a great place to stay. Had open rooms and several amenities for large or small groups. The bedroom layout is nice and open with Bathrooms to match. Both the family rooms upstairs and downstairs are large and open for gathering. The triple bunk isn’t exactly the greatest but it works. The pool/club house adds to the group experience

This was the perfect place to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Exactly how the listing showed. When we pulled up we were worried as it looks much smaller from the front but we’re happily surprised by the wonderful layout of the house. The kids loved the theatre room, the pool table and ping pong table. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the fun pools and pickle ball court close by. It was a great stay for our group of 25!

This house is tired and worn out. It was not very clean and multiple beds had not been changed from the last group before us. Our #1 reason of renting this home was for the hot tub and it would not heat over 93 degrees. Our first morning we tried to cook breakfast and the oven kept shutting off, we had to eventually give up. The outlets don’t work in the master bathroom. We ended up asking for a refund and changed homes. Red sands was super nice and easy to work with. We are still working out the refund process but so far have been very nice.

My family and I recently stayed at paradise village 16. Overall it was good and we had a great time with our family, but there are a few things that could be better. We are a pretty low maintenance group, but I'd still like to bring up some things to help out others that are considering staying here. I'll list out the pros and cons below. Pros: - Large space, everyone had their own bathroom, quiet, good view - Great location, close to snow canyon and parks - Nice dining room table setup - Hot tub was nice and very spacious - Management was super responsive, and had a maintenance guy out quickly to help with the theater room - Nice pool tables, ping pong, games, etc. TVs were good quality - Water pressure was solid, no issues with water temperature even with many people there - Carpet was solid quality and clean Cons: - Everything seemed a little run down. You can tell that there have been a bunch of people that have unfortunately treated the property poorly. Baseboards, furniture, cabinets, dishes, etc - Upstairs couches (specifically the bottom cushions) were in really rough shape. Basically sitting on the bars of the pull out bed with no cushion support - Not nearly enough standard supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. They supplied us with 2 small rolls of paper towels, about 3 large black trash bags, and no replacement bags for the bathroom trash We had to purchase our own since we quickly went through them with the large party staying almost a week - The dishes were in very rough shape. Most of the plastic cups were cracked (and some leaked fluids when filled), there was silverware for maybe 8-10 people is all (even though the place said it fits 25+), and the pots/pans were very beat up (teflon was nonexistent or chipping off in food) - Theater room is in rough shape. All of the chairs showed significant headrest wear, and the cushions were flat and uncomfortable with little support remaining. Unfortunately you can tell they've been abused over the years - Couldn't get theater room to work, consulted the tablet, but the tablet was broken and wouldn't turn on even after trying to charge for hours. The maintenance guy came out quick (he was great), but took him 45 minutes to figure it out.

This home looked so hopeful, but unfortunately feel short BIG TIME. We booked this place because of the movie theatre and large hot tub. Both did NOT work properly. The hot tub is in need of some serious maintenance - the jets barely turn on - lights didn't work properly. The theatre room couldn't play movies. The management company even came over and could not get it to work. SO BUMMED!! DON'T move the theatre chairs because it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The entire house needs a deep clean. This place is advertised to fit 30, we only had 21 total guests staying and there was only 12 forks in the kitchen - we had to go buy some. We prepare an early Thanksgiving dinner and the pots and pans are horrible. The kids were excited to play ping pong, but NO PING PONGS in the home. We even reached out to the management company who said they'd bring some over, but nothing. :( They need to replace several OLD kitchenware throughout. We paid a lot of money for this place and are very disappointed. We kinda felt taken advantage of with false advertisement. :(

Great house with lots of space and bedrooms. I would defiantly stay there again.

House was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for big family gatherings. The location, neighborhood and pool, and house were everything we needed for a perfect vacation.We will definitely be back soon!

We loved the home, accommodations and great activities associated. We definitely will be back!

Everything was pretty much as expected. We had a great time all together in this beautiful property! The kids loved the theater room and the pools etc. We didn't feel cramped at all even with 28 people (17 children 14 and under). It was clean and cool. We could have had a few more bath towels, and the electric griddles didn't work but everything else was great.

We loved #16. Lots of room, very clean. We all want to come again.

It's a beautiful home, nicely located. Everything was ready and well prepared. We had planned on 10 adults. Two were not able to come, so the room accommodations were adequate. Two more would have required a loss of privacy. A couple more rolls of toilet paper would also have been appreciated.

House was nice and spacious for our large group of 30 total. We enjoyed the pools, the access to nearby pickleball courts in the city park next door, the quick access to running trail, a snow canyon family hike, the lake at Sand Hollow and 4-wheeling there also. Overall it was a great family reunion on short notice (we were cancelled out of a VRBO house in Sedona, AZ last minute) so did a quick switch of venues for our annual summer family adventure week. The property is very nice and large with plenty of space for large groups. The overall condition of the property was good but there was some prior minor damage to the walls, floors, garage door, overhead projector, towel racks, etc. that we took pictures of upon arrival so we had documentation that it was not done by us. Management was great in helping with some of these. Unfortunately we weren't really able to spend much time in the home other than sleeping and showering so we weren't able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to. Would have been fun to watch a movie in the theater room or use the giant hot tub. All in all it is a beautiful property and great for large groups. Management was also great to work with.

Clean, modern, and accommodated my group of 24 with ease! Plenty of amenities for the adults and kids. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again.

My fiance and I both had birthday's in December and wanted to celebrate it together, since we also had 4 other families birthdays that month. We had our family of 13 there and we had more than enough room! The house was pretty clean just a few stains here and there. The hot tub was very nice and they had plenty of pool towels. They also have a playstation in the movie theater room that has Hulu and Netflix. Harmons grocery store is like 2 minutes away if you forget or need anything! We had so much fun and we cant wait to book another stay!

This was a really awesome place to stay. The kitchen is all labeled which is very convenient. I would stay here again for sure.

The owners have prepared a beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables, playing our games we brought, the movie theater, and just visiting around the large table. You need to bring extra silverware for groups over 8 people, but the kitchen was otherwise greatly stocked. The staff was very helpful with questions related to heating and use of the theater.

We enjoyed staying at this home and enjoyed the amenities. The home has a nice layout for a big group. We could have used more bath towels, there were not any in the master bathroom, we had to use the pool towels. We also had to buy more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags.

This house is not only gorgeous but huge! Plenty of room for fun and sleeping! We loved the huge kitchen table and that each couple got their own bathroom and bedroom. The kids loved the movie room, available toys and the triple bunk beds. The pools were awesome and the swim spa in the backyard was an extra treat. Great experience with the rental company-Red Sands is so organized. Loved the place, you won’t regret it.

Property is nice. Kids loved the hot tub and theatre room. Biggest complaint is they have it listed that it will sleep house up to 32 people but only have 10-12 silverware, cups, plates etc. only left 1 paper towel roll and didn’t have bathrooms stocked with toilet paper. No bath rugs in bathrooms and only 2 towels per bathroom. You should have to worry about these things when you say it sleeps 32 and really you only have Stuff for 12 people.
