About this house rental
Luxury Vacation home located at Paradise Village at Zion in Santa Clara, Utah. Brand new home with everything you need to entertain, relax and have fun! 6 Bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Has its OWN private pool, Spa and putting green. Do you like pebble ice? We do, so that is why we put a full size pebble ice machine in the kitchen. Each King Suite has their own bathroom and 55" screen TV. Two large bunk rooms each with their own bathroom and able to sleep 12 kids each (6 full beds in each bunk room). We have even included a portable crib for the babies that are too small for a bed. Huge open Kitchen and Family room with 65" TV, large 12 person dining table, 4 bar stools and a large sectional for plenty of guests. We even include a high chair if you need it. The kids will love the upstairs where there is another game room/ Family Room with a 65" TV, Arcade System with over 80 games, 6 person game table and a closet full of board games and puzzles. Two upstairs outdoor patios to enjoy the beautiful red rock views- one with a fire pit and the other with an outdoor TV. In the garage there is a 220V outlet that is for charging your Tesla or electronic vehicle. You will need to bring your own charging cable as the house only has the outlet for you to plug in to.
In your own private backyard you have a heated pool and separate hot tub, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sit up bar, and table seating. The fun doesn't stop there- you have your very own 3 hole putting green equipped with putters and balls! You can see all the fun unfold around you as you gather around the backyard fire pit and roast marshmallows. This home is perfect for large gatherings, traveling teams or family reunions.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make large meals. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the dishes utensils and tools needed to cook away.
All of the linens and towels are provided for your use. There is a laundry room stocked with plenty of pool towels for your stay, and a large washer and dryer for your use. Stay organized with the provided mudroom area with hooks and cubbies for dirty shoes.
The home is situated close to the resort pool and clubhouse which features a fabulous large 2 tier pool with a waterfall, waterslide and a 20 person hot tub. There is a fitness center, lobby and large open grass area to play whiffle ball, frisbee, or have a picnic. Across the street is a new waterpark that is owned by the HOA so that means you get full access. It has several large waterslides, shallow play areas for little toddlers and a large hot tub for communal use. It even has a lazy river you can float with the kids in and enjoy the outdoors. Also very close by and with in walking distance is Gubler Park with bike and walking trails, Pickle Ball courts, sand volleyball, baseball fields, splash pad and playground. The home has Pickle Ball rackets and balls for your use!

Upper Level- 2nd Family room with TV and game room, 3 King Bedrooms with private bathroom, 2 bunk bed rooms with 6 full beds in each room and private bathroom, 1/2 bathroom, 2 outdoor patios- one with outdoor TV and the other with a gas fire table.
Backyard- Private Pool with locked cover for safety, covered outdoor BBQ kitchen (including a Traeger Grill for the grilling enthusiast) with bar and 8 stools, table and seating for 6, Conversation chairs around fire pit, 6 Pool Recliners to relax, putting green to practice up on your golf game.
HOA Amenities- In addition to the private pool and spa in our backyard , across the street is a fully functioning water park designed for children with slides, play areas for infants, a lazy river and large spa for everyone (see pictures in the photos of property). Just down the street is a neighborhood pool, spa and workout facility.

We had a fantastic time with 6 adults and 8 kids fitting very comfortably. The house is in a fantastic location in Paradise Village, across from the Lazy River. It is so helpful that every bedroom has a bathroom. The host was very responsive. When we couldn’t turn on the hot tub, he did it for us, remotely.

Great place overall but lots of little inconveniences that we shouldn’t have had to deal with. The hot tub controls were not working so had to contact owner to remotely turn on, bikes with flat tires, not enough silverware for our large group without having to constantly wash, had to ask for more standard things like paper towels and toilet paper. Some lightbulbs out, TV remotes without working batteries, closet doors off their tracks. Nice home with lots of fun extras and a great community pool, Pickleball courts close by. Worked well for our family and Joe was great to work with.

We stayed at this property for four nights and appreciated some of its features, but overall our experience fell short of expectations. We share this in hopes it’s helpful for future guests and supports the owner in making improvements.Pros:- The home has a great size and layout. The private amenities (pool, hot tub, and fire pit) were definite highlights, and there was plenty of parking available.- The location and access to community amenities were also a plus.Cons:Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the home were disappointing and impacted our stay. The carpet and tile were dirty, our socks and feet turned black after just a few hours.Several maintenance issues stood out:- Bikes in the garage all had flat tires- Furniture was worn, cracked, or stained- The downstairs sectional was detached in sections and too heavy for us to reassemble- Missing wall decor with exposed nails left behind- Some bathrooms lacked shower curtains, while others had curtains that were too short.- Several lightbulbs were burned out-Broken and missing window coverings-BBQ grill that did not function well-Outdoor furniture was worn, dirty, damaged or burned-Very slow water dispenser in the fridge-Broken pebble ice maker-Weeds and debris in the backyardWhile the home has strong potential due to its size, layout and amenities, it currently feels run-down and not clean or well maintained.
