The Space:
Outdoor features include covered parking for two vehicles, a fenced and turfed back yard with patio seating and a wood burning fire-pit, as well as a Traeger pellet grill. Just off the front porch, another seating area with a propane fire table invites you to spend evenings outside. Cushioned outdoor seating is found on the extra large balcony, offering breathtaking rooftop views of Carlton Landing! Rest easy knowing there is the added safety of a storm shelter located under the back deck and security cameras for the front porch and backyard. This home is the perfect retreat for those looking to make memories inside and out!
The main living area is bright and airy, giving modern coastal vibes, with plenty of living and dining space for the whole family! French doors open from the living room to the front porch. An indoor wood burning fireplace adds a cozy element during the cooler seasons. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. You’ll find a drip coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffee maker, just bring your favorite flavors. Enjoy the high-end "Monogram" appliances and gas stovetop! A large powder bathroom is located just off the living room. The master suite is located downstairs, just off the kitchen, and features King size furnishings and linens, a tiled walk-in shower and double vanities. The master bedroom has an exterior door that steps onto the back porch, making loading/unloading easy!
