This charming and comfy bungalow is newly renovated with an updated kitchen and bathroom. There are black-out curtains and televisions in every bedroom. It also has a fully fenced backyard for you to enjoy. An ideal location for local restaurants, grocery and boutique shopping, all within walking distance. Fort Jackson and downtown Columbia are just a five minute drive away.

The front bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, full length mirror and television. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and television. The third bedroom features a set of twin beds with comfortable linens and a television.

This place is a 20/10. So close to fort Jackson. AC and lovely well appointed bedrooms. A great kitchen, full dining room, awesome sofa, and baby amenities. If you are seeing a loved one at fort Jackson, definitely book this place.

We had a fabulous time in Columbia and this house was perfect. Ryan was a very responsive host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The house was spotless and the perfect place to stay for our son's graduation from BCT at Fort Jackson. If I could rate the whole stay better than five stars, I would!! Thanks so much.

This is our go to place to stay when we visit family in Columbia! I have lost track of the number of times we have stayed! We have never been disappointed or had any complaints! Ryan is a super host and so accommodating! This visit in particular was a short notice trip for us and we were able to book same day! The house is located in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance! It is exactly as portrayed in the photos. Ryan has made lots of upgrades and changes over the years which shows me he values his clients comfort and takes pride in his property! I highly recommend this home!

This stay was great! It was incredibly close to the base! It is conveniently located near stores and food! The backyard is nice and we enjoyed playing cornhole.
