The Space:
Our home is clean and comfortable, though not newly renovated. Some fixtures or paint may show normal cosmetic wear typical of a beach home and may not be fully reflected in the listing photos.

Great home base in Mission beach. 100% convenient and walkable to the sand, Mission blvd with tons of restaurants and conveniences, Belmont, and the bayside. Garage is very tight. Upstairs unit was unable to get their car in and had to pay for outside parking. My husband is a seriously patient Parker and made our ford explorer fit. Shared garage itself has lots of beach toys and laundry. We brought our own gear and unfortunately other guests took our chairs as “shared” so those were sacrificed. All in all - would stay here again if being “out” of the house for the entire trip is the plan. It was our plan, however, I found myself wishing there was a small table or tiny patio with a chair to have coffee in the mornings. I did go to the beach for this, but realized this would have been nice. Also a balcony to hang wet suits and towels. These are minor factors. Host was great with communication and ensuring we were comfortable after an ac issue - no issues there. Great affordable beach spot, kids had a great time on this vacation.

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the location, pretty much smack dab in the middle of everything, and footsteps away from the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodated to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen had all the items you need to cook breakfast lunch and dinner. If I had a couple complaints it would be the shower caulking and size. The baseboards could also use some touch ups. Other than that the house was perfect for our week long stay. We made great memories and are super thankful for having us!

Great spot relative to the beach. Centrally located between Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. Not too far from La Jolla. We have two small children 10 and seven. And didn’t feel cramped. Garage fit compact SUV. Property was clean. Plenty of beach towels and toys to play with at the beach. Boogie boards, shovels, etc. very positive experience.

Already filled in the property advisor to what our dissatisfaction was no need to continue to discuss walk the property for your self selves from time to time and you can see for your self advertisement does not accurately describe the amenities!
