Quiet location close to central Santiago sites, and OK room with no frills.
Bed was too short and uncomfortable for a six foot adult. We were also sent relentless daily repeat messages a week in advance of stay telling us all the things that were not permitted or available, and demands to fill in forms to save them the bother. A 4pm check-in and 11 am checkout are not ideal for Camino walkers who want a shower and lie-down after a long trek. They make it clear these times are inflexible. These aspects do not create a particularly welcoming impression.
