About this house rental
Family friendly riverfront property, located on over 200 feet of private waterfront. The home sits on a little over one acre of lush grass with mature pecan trees shading the yard. Located in a quiet neighborhood which feels secluded while still being just 5 minutes from shopping and dining in downtown Seguin. Driving distance to New Braunfels, Outlet Malls, Schlitterbahn, San Antonio and Austin.
Outside includes a huge back yard, covered patio space to grill and entertain, swings, fire pit, basketball hoop, gaga ball pit, tetherball, swings, outdoor shower, kayaks and life jackets, bikes and other driveway toys. Plenty of parking and space for kids to ride bikes or scooter. The house is raised and requires stairs to access the main living/sleeping area. There is an elevator available for use upon special request (please inquire prior to arrival).
Inside offers fully stocked kitchen which is open to dining area and living space, washer and dryer, dishwasher, TVs , WiFi, central air/heat, books, movies, games and kids toys.
Please note that the GBRA recently lowered the water levels approximately 12 feet to begin the process of repairing the dam. There is still a beach entry and enough water to swim, fish, float and kayak, but the water levels are currently lower than shown in the photos on our listing.

This property was PERFECT for our family! It felt secluded but still close to town and things to do. Our kids loved all of the indoor and outdoor toys on the property! It was so much fun using the kayaks to paddle around the river. There are so many places to just sit, catch a breeze and look at the water go by. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is beautiful, and the location is great. Having access to the river for the kids to play in was awesome; tubes, kayaks, and canoes provided by the property was great. Highly recommend renting a cabana at Son’s Island if you are visiting Seguin. The property itself was ok; air vents need to be cleaned and no body wash was available in the bathrooms. All in all, the property was nice, and the location was good.
