About this cabin rental
Beautiful views from this one-bedroom, one-bath attached home with personal hot tub. Features a great room with vaulted ceilings, king bed in bedroom, full sleeper sofa and queen futon in living room, full kitchen, full bath, gas fireplace, gas grill and deck with mountain views. This unit is part of a two-unit building (the units are not adjoining). Both units may be rented for larger groups. No smoking and no pets, please. Free wi-fi. Sleeps six.

Nice and Clean. Hot tub was great after hiking. Location to Estes Park and The RMNP was ideal. Washer and Dryer was helpful. Enjoyed the view and the local wildlife.Privacy was not great. Hot tub and deck for the other unit was right outside our bedroom window. The other group was not obnoxious, but at 11:30 pm they interrupted our sleep.

The house is exactly as advertised. I have no complaints about the listing. I gave it 5 stars for this reason.Things to look out for. No dish washer. No AC. The house looks out over the neighbors hot tub, and the hot tub for this house is next to the parking area. Lack of silverware is odd. only 2 forks in the house. Odd for a place that sleeps 6. The mattress is very soft, and the pillows are either completely flat or very firm. Those are not my preference, but obviously everyone has their own preferences.

A few things - shower needs a slip mat and a safety handle when you shampoo your hair or lather up it gets pretty slippery. I think 1B should have its own walk way to their door even some stepping stones to the left by hot tub. The whole house is very dark flooring, curtains. Walls it needs brighting up. A coat of a lighter paint would make a huge difference. Thank you
