Perfect location for our family (2 adults, 2 kids 8,11). We saw deer, elk and even a black bear from the house. The kids could walk down the road to fish and we loved the hot tub. The power went out once due to a storm but was back on within 30 minutes. We had everything we needed for our laid back vacation!

This is a beautiful property - peaceful and secluded, but right around the corner from downtown. Basically at the entrance of the RMNP, it's perfect for anyone planning to spend some time enjoying the park. The hot tub was much needed after long days hiking. Make sure to check out the firepit and observation area just at the top of the hill - beautiful views of the river flowing in front of the property as well as the mountains. Could not recommend this property more highly!
