Triple R Cottages- 1 cabin

This cabin could actually sleep up to 10, as the futon and couch were both pull out and could sleep 2 people, or the futon could at least sleep two kids for sure. Kitchen was well stocked with various kitchen tools/utensils/cookware, etc., and beds were comfy. Kids loved the hot tub. Quiet except morning traffic on Saturday. WiFi worked well. Staff member Karolynn was exceptionally helpful, kind and just my kind of person to chat with. She’s great and took amazing care of us.

When we arrived, there was a detector beeping incessantly from the time we opened the door. Went around and tried to locate it, and in doing so noticed that one room didn’t have any batteries in the smoke detector. Finally found the culprit in a C02 monitor that needed a new battery. Didn’t check the others to ensure they were ok, but 2 out of many were missing batteries, so take that for what it’s worth. Seems someone would be checking those for life/safety reasons frequently. They did have maintenance staff come check them out, and Bruce installed new smoke detector and a new C02 monitor, and did so fairly quickly. Due to location of our cabin, had a lot of road noise in mornings, so I’d recommend a cabin further in vs. roadside.
