About this apartment rental
In the heart of the residential neighbourhood of Carignano, our Carignano Design Apartment is located five minutes walking from the center of Genoa. The apartment is modern, completely renovated and finely furnished. It is composed of a spacious living room with a fully equipped open space kitchen, a dining table, a TV area and sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, (with single beds that can be joined on request) and two bathrooms. The apartment is located on the second floor of a quite modern building with lift and it is perfect for families, business travellers and groups of friends.

In the historical center is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, in Romanesque style with a black and white striped façade and frescoed interiors. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as the Piazza de Ferrari, with its characteristic bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house.

Nice clean property- communication with the property manager was not timely and frustrating. Check-in process was not smooth. They don’t give you any cleaning supplies and expect you to bring your own dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent- not practical of you are planning to stay for a few days and traveling internationally- communication was not forthcoming or timely. They are an agency and coordination of check in and check out was not proactive. Pictures are not 100% accurate. You have to be 7ft or higher tall to even hang clothes in the closets. The sheets were not fitted and would come off as soon as you sit on the beds. Cleanliness of comforters was questionable.
