LTV Flooring and 10ft Ceilings throughout. Features queen size Luxury mattress, full size tub/shower combo, and a pull-out couch. Washer/Dryer Combo just off of the Kitchen Area. Amazing location 6 minutes to Downtown Somerset and 6 minutes to Lees Ford Marina. You will want to stay here again and again!

This house is perfect for a quick getaway. Styled and with nice finishes like owners other properties we have stayed at. However, this property did have a few maintenance issues that will hopefully be easily resolved. The bathroom door would not stay shut as the barn door track seems to be off. The bathroom fan wasn't working (not great in a tiny home). The pull out couch/love seat in the living room was so uncomfortable to sit on my husband and I retreated to the bedroom. But the bed is super comfortable. Kitchen has the basics that you may need. Shower basics provided. Property is clean and very easy to find. Parking was wide enough for 1 car and 1 large truck. Comfortable stay but hope to see a couple fixes.

Cute place no doubt with easy access. (Don't bring a trailer) We enjoyed our stay however a few details should be addressed. The bed is very soft and noisy so we did not sleep very well, obviously this is subjective. The bathroom was not overly clean upon our arrival, the bathroom exhaust fan does not function, the bathroom door will not stay closed. A gas grill is listed with the rental, but there is no propane tank. Just s few things to think about.
