The perfect beachy escape! Tucked away on a private, half acre lot just minutes to the crystal waters of Navarre Beach, this newly built home has space for the entire family and then some with 5 bedrooms and a playroom for the kids. It has everything you might need during your stay like an air fryer and grill for delicious dinners, or coolers, toys, and towels for your day at the beach! Stay for a weekend or a whole month, you might never want to leave this gorgeous home!

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us! We hope you love the home and have a wonderful stay. This property is professionally managed on behalf of a homeowner who truly values and cares for the home, and we kindly ask that it be treated with the same care and respect as your own.
Please note:
- The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older.
- Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Furniture must remain in its original location. If moved, it must be returned before departure or a repositioning fee will apply.
- Please do not set the thermostat below 70°F to avoid coil freeze-ups and compressor damage.
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor use is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of before departure.
- ONLY toilet paper may be flushed. Any plumbing issues caused by flushing anything else will result in additional charges.
- Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No pets on furniture or beds.
- Parking is limited to the driveway or garage only. Please do not park on the grass.
- Trash and recycling pickup is on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please make sure all trash is securely bagged and tied before placing it in the bins, and ensure all 8 straps are fastened before rolling the bins to the street due to bears in the area. The cans must also be stored in the garage. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
- After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.

Me and my family loved everything about this home! The rooms were the perfect size! Living room was clean and roomy for all the family! Definitely recommend!

This would be my first time leaving a review. I feel that I have to, lol. First of all the host was very helpful. The host provided us with a list to locate things easily on the property, a list of where to eat, the address to the beach (which wasn't far), fun things to do in the area. No other host has ever provided us with so much information. The place was exactly as pictured, and very clean. Any questions I had the host responded very fast. We were fortunate enough to receive an early check-in and a late check-out (keep in mind that, early check-ins and late check-outs was based on availability). The water stayed hot, which is big for me, because in the past I have experienced no hot water consistently in other homes. The home had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon, ice chest, and cooler packs. The ac worked perfect also, I like to sleep freezing. I hope I am not leaving anything out. We are definitely going to stay at the house again.

Pros: •Home is nice, and spacious.•Management responded to messages in a timely manner.•TV’s in every room is nice.Cons: •Non carpeted floors were dusty •Outdoor kids water toys and pool were filthy and rusty (had to clean)• The flat top gas grill did not work• No grill accessories to charcoal grill or gas grill• No extra towels provided, short on face towels•No board games for family activities like some other vacation rentals.
