This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo features rustic decor, a Gas Fireplace to provide warmth and comfort, and private hot tub after a day spent skiing, golfing. You will find spectacular mountain views with floor-to-ceiling glass doors which let in natural light and lead out to your private deck and hot tub perfect for soothing your weary muscles and catching snowflakes on your tongue.
Within this 1,559-square-foot residence, your Family and friends will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The condominium sleeps 6 in beds, 8 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)
Kitchen: Your fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Parents will appreciate the plastic kids' dishware for worry-FREE meals. There is a dining table set for eight and bar seating at the kitchen island.

Bedroom 2: This guest bedroom features a queen-size bed. The en-suite guest bathroom offers a dual shower/tub.
Bedroom 3: This guest bedroom features two twin beds. The bedroom has access to the hallway guest bathroom with a dual shower/tub. There is a queen-size sofabed in the Family room. Bedrooms all feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens.bathrooms are stocked with LOccitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, and a hairdryer. Also provided is start-up bathroom tissue.

The place was perfect for our group. We loved the location, particularly the proximity to all the activities in park city. We cooked some meals and the kitchen had all the essentials. Place was very comfortable and perfect for our group.

Our family had an excellent stay during Spring Break. Condo is spacious, very clean, and well equipped for cooking. Location is excellent and just a short walk to the town lift. We also had our rentals there and were able to check them every evening.
Slight issue with parking on checkin but was quickly resolved.
We would definitely stay again.
