About this house rental
This large private home is ideally located just a couple blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. It's great for families or groups - it comfortably sleeps up to 13! It's on the free town shuttle so it's easy to access Deer Valley, Canyons Village and all of Park City's activities and entertainment.
This spacious home has three floors. Three bedrooms are upstairs; The main bedroom has a king bed and a fireplace, flat screen TV, and a balcony deck. It shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with a double vanity with a bedroom that has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The third bedroom on the top floor has a king bed and a private bath.
The bottom floor has two comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds which can be converted into a king bed with advance notice. The two bedrooms are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom with a double vanity. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room area on the bottom floor which also features a large screen TV, and a half bath.
The main floor is perfect for spending time with the group. The open floor plan has two seating areas, one with a cozy wood burning fireplace and the other with a large screen TV. The full kitchen is in the middle, with a dining table seating 8 and 3 bar stools at the counter.
Additional features include air conditioning, washer and dryer, private year round hot tub, free Wi-Fi, propane grill. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.

Enjoyed our stay—very comfortable home for 8 adults! Able to walk to Main Street—great communication with owner! Had an issue with garbage disposal and they came to fix it immediately. Beautiful area to visit!

This house is a wonderful place for a group of friends or families. The proximity to downtown the and the town ski lift are super convenient and the house is plenty spacious and comfortable. Our only minor complaint is that the hot tub doesn’t get all that hot, but it was still nice to have. All in all, I’d recommend this house and would stay again.
