About this villa rental
Newly built luxury lake house in a peaceful gated community. This elegant two story home features 4 bedrooms+loft, 4.5 bathrooms, a game room, a large chef's kitchen, a specious living and dining area. The house truly defines peace and serenity where you can unwind and enjoy your time with your loved ones. It is decorated tastefully with an edgy/modern, comfortable feel. Soak in the lake views and the breathtaking sunsets in the cozy backyard with heated pool(w/spa jets) and outdoor dining.
The space
Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower or a tub. One bedroom, with a queen bed, is located in the first level accessible for guests who have difficulty going up the stairs. The large sofa in the living room also provides a comfortable sleeping arrangement. On the second level we have the master bedroom with a king bed, large bathroom with a tub, a walk in closet and a large patio with breathtaking lake views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the sunset views. Two other bedrooms are located on the second level, one with a queen bed + floor mattress and the second one is a lakeview room with a bunkbed and a twin 2 level trundle daybed. Lastly, the loft is used as a game room where you will find pool table, table tennis, darts, etc. This room also features a sofa bed which can accommodate sleeping arrangements for 1-2 children.

We had an amazing stay and really appreciated our host, Virginia! She was easily accessible and so kind hosting our group of parents and players. The house and neighborhood were amazing and everyone was so comfortable. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The house was clean and well-kept. Virginia, the host was fantastic, she communicated well and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including turning on the pool heater remotely. She allowed us to have early check-in and late check-out.
Our kids very much enjoyed the entertainment in the house, from board games to Foosball and pingpong table, and the heated Swimming pool.
The location of the house was also incredible - we enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and beautiful getaway. Virginia's attention to detail and commitment to providing a fantastic guest experience truly set this property apart. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
