This property was perfect for my family of four with 2 teenage boys. It only took 2 minutes to walk to the beach across the street. The pool is also very close to the property and was nice to use to cool off in between going to the beach. We also enjoyed the ping pong table, shuffleboard and video games in the evening. An added plus was using the bikes to get around the island. We barely used our vehicle because there were so many restaurants, bars and ice cream stores to walk or bike to close to the property. Thank you so much for the wonderful spring beak!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great location! Clean comfortable relaxed environment. The pool was a bit of a walk through the neighborhood but it was nice and clean . I would definitely stay here again

Always a pleasure renting from AMI Locals. This is the second time we stayed in this specific house. We love the location - just a short walk to the beach - and the house works well for our family.

This was a nice condo, however the pool was very small. Also, the beach chairs and equipment needed to be replaced. We are most unhappy with the dynamic pricing. It penalizes those who book early. We overpaid quite a bit.
