We enjoyed our stay at Moana. It was clean and property was as described in the listing. Very close to beach which was great!A nice additon would be to add shampoo, body wash in the showers and the kitchen was missing a baking sheet. Upstairs shower had very little water pressure and the shower curtain needs some attention. The day we arrived it was very hot in the unit but it cooled down in a few hours.

This villa was a great find and we had an excellent stay. The property had a wide array of beach gear and the kitchen has everything we needed to cook a meal. Beach access was very close by and the villa area itself was nice and quiet. We had a wonderful week!

We absolutely loved our stay at Holmes Beach and the beach house was above our expectations! They had everything we needed plus some to make our stay even more enjoyable. The bikes were a huge plus since we did not have a car while staying there. We also were able to check in earlier, which worked out perfect for timing! Fran Maxon Realty made our stay easy from day one and easy at check out! They were wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

Close to the beach. Has a lot of beach items to use. That was nice. Check in was easy. Not having air conditioning that works right, didn't keep villa cool in the day that was not a good. Called the first day and two other times in our week. I am not a hot blooded person but it was too warm for us. At 76-78 in the middle of the day. Stayed 2nd week of June. Had termites in the kitchen and master bedroom windows. Pool is closed at dusk. We love to swim in the evenings. So that is disappointing for us.
