Please note that an exterior elevation renovation project will take place at Tidewater (Orange Beach) from Sept. 16, 2026, through Feb. 5, 2027. Work on the north-facing balconies (parking lot side) will occur Sept. 16–Oct. 16, 2026, with contractors working from the exterior of the building; access to vacation rentals will not be required. Guests may experience construction noise during this time, and balcony furniture may be temporarily moved inside as needed. The community pool will be closed during renovation periods from Oct. 19–Nov. 20, 2026, and Jan. 4–Feb. 5, 2027.

Condo was clean and the view was wonderful. Very easy to communicate with management when we had an issue with our parking passes not being in our condo. We resolved the issue quickly and management handled it very well.

The condo was beautiful…. But very dusty and 3 out of 3 tv remotes had dead batteries so had to make a lat night run for some but all in all a great place to stay
