Located ideally away from the city but close to both Sutton's Bay and Traverse, on a hill overlooking the placid waters of Traverse Bay, you will be greeted by the early dawn, which is worth experiencing. We found everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen and comfy bedrooms and living room to the hot tub overlooking some woods where we saw deer, to the small designer touches that make this house a warm home.

Everything was great. Fast communication - beautiful home and views. Clean, tidy and inviting. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and blankets. Note there is no ceiling fan in the main level bedroom, or any blinds on the bedroom windows. Would stay again!

The perfect home for our girls' getaway for a 50th birthday. The house was so clean and comfortable, and styled really nicely! Plenty of space for all of us to relax, get ready, and enjoy a meal together. Close to downtown TC and Sutton's Bay. We loved it and will definitely book again!

The host was very prompt and communicative and addressed issues in a timely manner. We loved the space that the house provided for our entire family. We enjoyed the fireplace the great room, the kitchen, the dining.The two bedrooms with king beds were wonderful. But the queen bed was not usable. It was far too hard to sleep on. The other room with the bunkbeds were very uncomfortable in the bed was super squeaky that any move you made during the night it made noises.The bathrooms were great. The playroom in the basement was wonderful.The kitchen was really nice, but the oven and stove top were excessively dirty. The house itself was not very clean and when you’re paying the amount that you pay for a cleaning fee, the expectation that the house would be clean is not unusual. Overall, though we certainly enjoyed our stay and it was a beautiful home and a great view!
