About this house rental
Gathering Dream and So much fun! Such a great house with everything that you need to have such a fun gathering. Our home is perfectly located minutes from UVU and BYU as well as shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the outdoor living space as well as our huge shed with the best Game Room in town and yes - even a fire pit area. During quiet days when the whole house is not reserved, we allow guests to enjoy our home. You will have the main floor and garage and there may be guests in the private legal accessory apartment in the basement. They will park on the driveway only and do not have access to this space. They will also not have access to the game room.

I'm out of state but wanted a space to host a BYU watch party for my students and their friends. This space was perfect! It took us a second to figure out the TVs but the quick response and help from our host was awesome! Make sure you understand the TV/Game room is in a separate building from the house. The weather was perfect so didn't check ac/heat options for out there.

Oh boy. First of all, you CANNOT have fun in the back!!! The place is in an old neighborhood that is both quaint and quiet, for the most part. There are all walks of life living here & it's a better location than SLC.Everything was clean but if you're not used to harsh cleaning agents, you will be affronted by the chemical smell of the place. We could not park in the garage due to this. Now, this "fun in the back" in the title. There evidently is some fun & games in the basement but we didn't see this as we're 2 adults who were travel weary & just wanted to eat & sleep. However, the backyard had some amenities; there is a firepit, a cute table for morning coffee, grass for the dog to run on, and a BBQ. The problem is we couldn't use ANY OF IT. The next door dogs made it impossible, that black screen does NOTHING to help. My dog needed to use the bathroom & they just barked constantly, we couldn't even sit outside without being barked at. We took her outside to the front to avoid them. It was loud & aggressive & horrible. Secondly, the sprinklers. Most homeowners have them on at night so you can enjoy the grass when the sun is up - but not here. Last, not much anyone can do about it but the bathroom tile is SO COLD we had to lay towels on it just to walk on it. I know this all sounds so unremarkable & nitpicky but we just traveled 5 states & we now know a good VRBO & sadly, this is not it.
