The house is charming however I found myself dying to rearrange the furniture. In many places it disrupts the flow. And just FYI we were sitting on the swing one night & felt a huge vibration & a loud cracking sound. We got up to investigate & it looks like maybe the posts on the patio might need replacing. These are not complaints just observations.Oaur stay was wonderful! Love, love, love not carrying luggage up stairs. I am interested in Martini Del Mar as well. Does the exterior lift work?

We had a great vacation. The location was great. Close to everything and directly on the beach. I loved the large open floor plan and the view of the ocean from the sunroom. It is an older home and could use a few repairs. The front guest bedroom had a large leak in window by bed when it rained ;been like this a while because bed frames damaged). Air not working in vent over that bed near same window. Made room warm. Fans helped. The sliding glass forts need to be replaced. Handles broken and hard to open/close. Toilet in guest bathroom near ocean toilet needs to be bolted to floor. None of this impacted our stay in a negative way. I would stay there again. Problems just need to be addressed.
