This second-floor unit offers comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests, Gulf views from the balcony, and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local festivals.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are purchased from link sent via email, picked up at front desk on site. Only 1 (one) parking pass available for each condo ($50). One additional parking pass can be purchased on site but is based on availability. Not included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Beautiful home and is exactly as described. Plenty of room for our group. Everything was clean. We all loved it and had no complaints. The battery was low in the thermostat and they were there to fix it in less than 10 minutes.

The condo was nice. Easy access to the beach. The pool was good. Only issue was that the dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes. I called and they said they put in a work order. No one came to fix it while we were there. My only concern was how long it had been broken because some dishes that we took out of the cabinets were obviously dirty.

We were very happy with the location of the property in relation to where the festival was being held - literally a 5 minute walk! The space itself was very inviting, clean & had an amazing view! We were very happy with everything & had an amazing time! We will definitely be using your company again the next time we are back in Gulf Shores!

Location was great. We arrived a little early at 3:30pm after traveling all day with six kids and could not get a response to see if we could go in early. So we waited in the parking lot with six children until 4pm and then went upstairs to the room. When we arrived, the cleaning lady was still in the room cleaning. We had to wait in the hallway for another 20 minutes. When we finally did go in, the top bunk bed was not made, the floors were wet from her quick mop job. The condo was decorated beautifully but appeared larger online than in person. It still worked great for our family though. Everyone of us (8 total) had a place to sleep comfortably and the couch was comfy to relax on as well. The second night, we did have a huge cockroach in the flamingo room. The washer and dryer were also very small and loud. There were only two spare blankets in the condo and with 8 of us, we had to cuddle up and share. Overall, we had a good time. Beach access was great and easy, we used the recommended vendor to rent umbrella and chairs. Wish these had been included, as many of the other condos we considered had beach supplies included at the property to use during our stay. Pool was nice but basic. Nothing fancy and can’t even see the ocean from the pool because of a small hill. With the cost of parking passes and then the umbrella rental and food and tourism, it was more expensive than anticipated but we had a good time.
