Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. You will receive a parking registration email. You are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options.
3. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation

It was an end unit so the view is a side view! My 4 year old son found a weed vape under couch! Thru it away!! Despite view it was a very nice place! I would stay again.

The location was good . The unit is dated but it was clean. The property needs a face lift but overall a good stay. The pool is not heated. Please do not think the pool is heated . That was my one big complaint.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were amazed how quiet it was and we never heard neighbors inside the condo. It was an easy walk to some fun places. We hope to return next summer.
