A private home with a view of lush greenery! Welcome to Crestview #2, a meticulously kept condo that highlights the joys of mountain life. This well-equipped home is ideal for those who are looking to split time between the mountains and a cozy home base.



The Space:

The open living space with vaulted ceilings highlights a sofa sleeper, TV, beautiful stone fireplace, and balcony. The room also features an original wooden-plank accent wall.



The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal and power up before hitting the slopes or trails. A counter with 4 barstools is ideal for casual dining or a place to serve up some drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Steps away, enjoy formal meals at a dining table for 8.



The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms, a bonus room, and a loft.



Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed and private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 is configured with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and highlights a balcony.

A bonus room offers 2 Twin beds and an upstairs loft is decked out with a Twin bed and Twin trundle.



In addition to the primary en-suite, there are another 2 full bathrooms, each offering a stand-up shower. Each is fully stocked to serve guests.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There is 1 assigned parking space, and 1 unassigned guest parking space available in the underground parking garage.



This property is located at the base of Mammoth Mountain, just a short walk from Canyon Lodge and Village Gondola. Guests of the complex have access to an underground garage so there’s never the inconvenience of clearing snow off a car. A laundry facility is also available for visitors of the complex. In the cooler months, enjoy skiing on the diverse terrain that accommodates all skillsets. Mammoth is certainly known as a mecca for outdoor adventure and with the highest summit of California resorts, it truly is something to brag about. In the summer, bike safely to Mammoth Mountain Bike Park in just over 5 miles or jump in the car to explore Twin Lakes Vista, only a 6-minute drive away. Add the picturesque Horseshoe and Crowley lakes to your Mammoth bucket list and you’re sure to cross off all the major waterways the area has to offer.
