This gorgeous unit is fully furnished with beautiful coastal living designs and steps from the beautiful beach. Spotless unit that has been remodeled. High end appliances, recessed lighting, and beautiful new flooring. This unit has a real at home at the beach feel. The unit is nicely decorated and it would be difficult to find a nicer unit than this one. Gulf front building with gulf front pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Great location. Twenty minutes to Clearwater and St. Pete beach. Owner was a pleasure to work with.

Great condo in the perfect location. The vibe in Redington is very relaxed. We had plenty of dining options close by and loved spending time on the beach.

Our kitchen was well equipped. The appliances are new. Chad’s condo was clean, so I didn’t need to reclean anything before using it. Chad was extremely responsive to my many questions. The pool hot tub, and the beach are outstanding. We enjoyed spending hours at the pool. The neighbors we met were friendly and had helpful suggestions.
