We had an enjoyable time. This is an older property but it was very clean. The bathrooms are a little small but adequate. The kitchen is updated and immaculate. Beach access is about a 5 minute walk. The price is just about unbeatable for what you get.

House was very cute inside and comfortable for us. Good view of the ocean from the porch. Only down fall, was the exterior of the house. It truly needs some TLC. It's a good house if you have a small group. If outside and property were nicer it would be a great little house.

Great location and on the parade route. My kids had a blast. The house is spacious and a little outdated. Loved the outdoor shower and used it every day. House was clean and had most essentials we needed.

You get what you pay for. The house could use lots of updates and repairs. The couch had lots of stains, the porch is not in great condition, the outdoor shower is not usable, the front door seems to be rotting, the shower was difficult for my tall husband to use. The kitchen seemed to have been recently updated and the beds were clean and comfy. For the price and location on a quick trip to the beach, it was fine for my family. I probably wouldn't stay again, though.
