About this house rental

Built in 2012, this charming home is in like-new condition with all new appliances. Open floor plan into living, dining and kitchen areas. Direct TV w/DVR, 4 HD Flat Screen TVs, Wi-Fi, charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Outdoor entertaining on two decks with patio furniture and picnic table. Close to restaurants, groceries, bicycle & kayak rentals, SGI State Park, Lighthouse, fishing pier etc. Our main objective is to make sure you have a FUN, CAREFREE, Holiday at "Sand, Sea and Surf"!

This great house can comfortably sleep up to 6 adults and 3 children.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood with views of the Gulf from the front porch. All you could need for a peaceful vacation. East Pine is a special art of the island with almost 80 acres of bayside State Land to explore and a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach.
